Helping bring Soak Sunday closer to their new customer

During the period of 3 years i’ve helped Soak Sunday improve user experience while working on different projects within the company. My work was an hybrid of UX research and Interaction Design, understanding user problems and pain points and translating those into useful design solutions for both e-commerce and email channels.

From creating initial components for the e-commerce, to help the team understand user pain points through research. I was the Digital Product designer responsible for creating Soak Sunday new e-commerce.

My role involved:
Heuristic Evaluation/ User research / Quantitative Surveys / Heatmaps
Competitor Analysys / Ideation Workshops / Prototyping / Design System
